Rawnet develop and manage websites for their clients, many of whom require these websites to be available 24x7x365. Whilst Rawnet had some in-house AWS skills, there was a need to expand the services and provide 24×7 support for several of their clients’ accounts without burdening the Rawnet team around the clock.
Rawnet also wanted to engage Rebura to provide advice and general support across all areas of AWS, particularly as they approached the Christmas period, which left a gap in support.
Rebura designed and implemented a 24×7 support structure for Rawnet to allow multiple clients to contact Rebura outside of regular business hours. Rebura are also available for design, advice and business hours support when needed.
