As a rapidly expanding company, it was important that Saragossa invested in IT early, in order to get the right systems in place to help move the company forward. As a recruitment agency, it’s important that Saragossa’s staff are able to focus on their day to day role and not be hampered by IT issues. There are also several regulatory issues facing recruitment companies which it is important to consider.
Rebura performed the following for Saragossa:
As part of the migration to AWS Rebura were required to resolve a number of issues with the way that Saragossa utilised their various files. At the time of migration each user stored files locally on their desktops and the files were not secure or backed up. Rebura dealt with the file issues in a number of ways by identifying core business files that required access from only the office and migrated them to a secure Windows File Server within AWS. During the migration we also took a single active directory setup and created multiple sites in AWS for redundancy.
“Rebura have recommended and setup AWS and Office 365 for us and improved our systems speed and efficiency. This has helped increase productivity for our staff.”
The IT setup at Saragossa has now dramatically improved and they have a solid system in place to facilitate their growth in the coming years.
Rory Gaston, one of the owners at Saragossa had the below to say:
“We outsource our whole IT setup to Rebura and have always found the guys really helpful and their response times are great. Their knowledge of technology really helps us move forward as a business. Rebura have recommended and setup AWS and Office 365 for us and improved our systems speed and efficiency, which has helped increase productivity for our staff, which is really important to us as a recruitment agency.
We’ve found them to be extremely flexible, they are always willing to go the extra mile and always communicate to us in plain English, which isn’t something we’ve always found with previous tech partners! Rebura suggest solutions which are fit for business meaning we aren’t having to do huge projects every few years, but small incremental changes which are easier to budget for making everything seamless.”
