Senior Account Manager

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Account Manager. You will help drive the growth of our customers while helping them realise their business goals utilising Amazon Web Services (AWS). In this role, you will seek opportunities to establish Amazon Web Services as the key cloud technology provider across the companies you manage, driving increased use of AWS services.

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Driving revenue in customers by understanding where we can add value through our service offerings
  • Meet or exceed revenue and goal targets
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive account plan to manage and grow numerous accounts concurrently utilising our core competencies

Devops Engineer

  • Working independently on the implementation of projects 
  • Providing the best way of implementing a proposed solution 
  • Providing input on the best solution (or options) to meet a customer’s requirement 
  • AWS Devops Associate Certification 
  • Worked on projects using a wide range of AWS services 
  • Experience with IAC (Cloudformation/Terraform) and comfortable at deploying these tools
  • Understands how to use CICD as part of a project
  • Experience with a scripting language (python/JS/go/ruby) preferable and basic understanding how to utilise it to automate tasks
  • Happy working with Linux and Windows, and troubleshooting issues on both
  • Proficient with time and task management with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects at one time

Partnership Executive

Rebura are one of the UKs fastest growing AWS Service Providers and focus purely on using AWS technologies to help our customers increase productivity, scalability, cost efficiency & security.

With this focus on AWS technologies, our relationships with AWS are critical to our success. The new Partnership Executive role will be responsible for helping to build and maintain Rebura’s relationship with AWS across Nordics & Benelux, as well as, building and understanding the market. They will work alongside our Alliances Lead to develop & execute an alliances strategy which results in new pipeline generation, increased brand credibility and influences revenue across both regions.

This role is perfect for a self-driven, confident individual that loves to build relationships and will need to closely align with our marketing, sales and cloud operations teams.

  • Help establish, maintain and develop new relationships with the Nordics and Benelux teams at AWS
  • Leverage relationships to help build the market and drive new opportunity creation
  • Help provide input to develop Rebura’s overall EMEA G2M strategy, and support with execution within Nordics & Benelux
  • Work collaboratively with AWS and our internal team to develop and implement campaigns and initiatives, to help drive net new sales and opportunity creation across Nordics & Benelux
  • Monitor and report back on campaigns and initiatives to demonstrate ROI
  • Work with the sales team on partner funding programmes, in order to deliver the most cost-effective solution for customers
  • Minimum 3+ years experience in Alliances, Sales or Business Development roles
  • Time and task management with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience in a customer facing role
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to focus and execute in a rapidly changing environment
  • Demonstrable AWS Cloudbased knowledge

AWS/Cloud Account Executive

Rebura, the AWS EMEA Rising Start Partner of the year is aggressively expanding into the US. We are looking for talented Business Development professionals to help kick-start our business the US market.

In this key role, you will work closely with prospective AWS customers in the SMB/Startup space to drive sales engagements and revenue related to Rebura’s AWS offerings. The focus will be on the SMB and Startup Markets in the South East US.

Rebura is part of Tenth Revolution Group, along with Frank Recruitment Group & Revolent, who already have over 2,000 staff & 19 offices across the Globe. In this role, you’ll join the consultancy arm of the business at a really exciting stage of growth, be able to contribute directly to the success of a new business arm and have an unbelievable opportunity to progress within the company.

  • Net new Business Development of prospects
  • Work with AWS SMB field sales teams to implement strategic sales plays focused on positioning Rebura’s portfolio with existing customers and prospects
  • Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new lead
  • Contacting potential clients via email/phone to establish rapport and set up introductory calls/demos
  • Stay on top of sales activity and reports – continually updating CRM, daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
  • Build and implement account plans for target accounts in your region.
  • Generate a sales pipeline, qualify opportunities, and accurately forecast revenue.
  • Achievement of agreed quarterly sales goals.
  • Build relationships/develop opportunities with the relevant field sales teams at AWS.
  • Build relationships/develop opportunities with key cloud channel partners for AWS.

AWS Support Engineer

Working as part of the Support Team reporting into the Service Desk Manager, the AWS Support Engineer will be responsible for providing AWS Support to our Managed Service Customers.

The Support team will be responsible for ensuring that Client SLAs are met, and the processes and procedures of the Support Team are followed.  The role follows an Earlies / Days / Lates shift pattern, which rotates each week.

Early Shift: 07:00 – 16:00

Day Shift: 08:30 – 17:30

Late Shift: 10:00 – 19:00

  • Management of Incidents and Requests raised into our ticketing system, Jira.
  • Creating and Implementing Change Requests.
  • Proactively monitoring our client’s infrastructure.
  • Proactively looking for ways to improve our Service Delivery as well as looking for continuous improvements on Client Infrastructure.
  • Performing RCA’s following Critical incidents.
  • Using Problem management to avoid repeat instances of incidents.
  • Creating and keeping documentation up to date.
  • Meeting defined SLAs for Customers.
  • Upskilling engineers within the Support Team.
  • At least 6 months of AWS Support experience.
  • Support background with MSP experience preferable.
  • Excellent attitude to learning and progressing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
